AirAsia X Proof of Debt

 

I am sure everyone who make a booking with AirAsia X last year already received an email to fill in the Proof of Debt form.  The deadline is 7 April 2021. But fear not you can still send the form if you are sent in beyond the deadline * as per FAQ due to some booking could be made outside Malaysia.

You need to go to Commisioner of Oath, the fee that charge to me was RM10. You can just Google the nearest office. I also registered mail just to secure the physical mail. You also need to complete the google form inside the email + email the scan copy of POD.

Anyway hopefully everyone can get a refund. In my honest opinion if they can collect cash  they should give alternate option such as redemption of the same value amount or more to AK flight ( which is under domestic AirAsia or by Big Points rather than zero at all. Hopefully we can also able to fly cross border when everyone or majority received vaccination. Your opinion ?

Untuk makluman tarikh hantar borang POD AirAsia X ini adalah 7 April tetapi mereka baru sahaja kemaskini mereka akan masih terima borang POD walaupun selepas 7 April. Yang agak sukar adalah mencari Commisioner of Oath  (pesuruhjaya Sumpah) tetapi jangan risau boleh je waze atau google maps Pesuruhjaya sumpah yang terdekat. Caj yang dikenakan ialah RM10. Saya juga hantar borang ini menggunakan pos daftar,

Pengguna juga perlu isi Google form di dalam email POD dan serta scan borang dan emel lagi sekali ke AirAsia X.

Kami mengerti ada pekerja yang diberhentikan tetapi kami juga berharap agar wang kami dipulangkan. Kalau tidak boleh pulangkan tunai , pendapat saya boleh tukar untuk tebus ke pesawat AK atau tukar pada Big Points . Pendapat anda ?

Saya juga berharap semua dapat vaksin dengan segera dan sempadan negara boleh dibuka semula.
