The latest attraction in Seoul is a new Harry Potter theme cafe. The most awesome things it is a 3 storey building!! You can even borrow the coat, scarf and wand for a photo in exchange for purchasing a drink.

Bonus : Once you in Hongdae ( Hongik University) heads up to SPAO store too! SPAO Korea announces Harry Potter clothing line recently.  By the way, there are a lot of SPAO branches in Seoul, there is one at Myeondong too. ( Im not sure they still have the stock or not but you can still check it out once you are in Seoul)

 

Anyway I wonder this cafe is related to the previous cafe located at Daegu  ( it is no longer Harry Potter theme cafe)

B'chill Cafe Bangkok

Since we are already in Bangkok, we decided to visit B'Chill-BamBam family's cafe. It is not located at Bangkok city center therefore we chose to use Grab. Plus we read tips in advance that the cafe  is nearby to Suvarnabhumi airport too. Thus B'chill is our last place to go before flying back to KL.

The fare between Impact to B'chill is around 700+ baht and it takes 1-hour drive. When we reach there, there is already a long q at the counter. ( well full of ahgase going to the concert)

We only purchase beverage as the food is nonhalal. You can also take a selca with BamBam brother / sister who is in charge of the order. Beer was on schedule during our visit.

The beverage price is quite cheap, my white mocha is only 75 baht. When I went to the airport all price is double.  Since it is full of visitors ( ahgase) lol so dont expect the drink will be ready immediately. We don't mind actually plus we came to give support to Bambam and his family.

From Cafe to airport it takes around 30 minutes but there is no available Grab car within that area. Thank god there is a lot of taxies so we took a taxi to Suvarnabhumi.

Cafe De Seoyeon ( Architecture 101 location)

This is the movie that transforms Suzy to be the nation first love.  The soundtrack left the best impact on the movie - Etude of Memories.  In the movie, Seoyeon asks Seungmin to built her house in Jeju. The house in the movie has now become a cafe located at Seogwipo.

Unfortunately, my phone camera only left with 8% the screen was dark ( due to auto save mode) so I just capture the photo randomly using Instagram camera. My Samsung Galaxy camera was not working as I drop the camera to the ground at Seongsan Ilchubong...sobs.

The scene which makes your heart flustered besides the sharing earphone scene.

I took bus from Seogwipo bus terminal and lucky me I met an English teacher which guide me to this cafe. My phone battery was running low cant use the map.

Almost every house own the hallabong tree.

89 Mansion - Lee Jong Suk Cafe

This cafe owned by Lee Jong Suk. My favourite actor from School 2013, I can see your voice, Pinnochio, W 2 worlds and the recent one with Suzy "While you were sleeping" From the cafe name 89 mansion you will know he is born on the year 1989.

I ordered Hot Chocolate after that I went to 1st floor but then the staff told me cafe is on the ground floor so I went back after taking some photos.  If you need to dine in go to the upper floor ok...lol..

Nearest station : Sinsa
You can walk for 13 minutes but since it is winter I prefer to take a bus from Sinsa station. Install

Kakao Maps for direction. ( you can search in English but the direction still comes in Hangul lol) but the map is in English. ( you can refer the map too)

Bus number 240 and only need to walk 4 min. (Stop at Sinsa jung Hakyu)

You may see Lee Jong Suk here too if you are lucky ( I am thankful he is not there hahahah because I would not know how to react)

Kampungku Halal Malaysia Cuisine Myeondong Seoul

This post is going to be in Malay and English to share halal info for all Muslim around the world.

Myeondong adalah salah satu tempat wajib yang dikunjungi jika bercuti di Seoul. Ia adalah syurga membeli belah untuk komestik, pakaian ( stokin 10,000  won dpt 11 ) dan koleksi kpop ( Myeondong underground).

You have not been to Seoul if you don't go to Myeondong. It is heaven for all cosmetic, fashion ( especially the 10,000 won get 11 socks) and kpop lover (myeondong underground)

Boleh cuba makanan masakan Malaysia selepas penat bershopping.

After shopping, you can come and taste Halal Malaysia cuisine , "Kampungku" (Literally mean= My hometown)

Mereka turut juga menyediakan ruang solat.

A prayer room is also available at Kampungku.

Hari Rabu lepas saya telah pergi ke sana ( kali ke 2) untuk makan malam. Namun pada haritu hanya Nasi lemak sahaja yang ada kerana mereka ada masalah dengan dapur.

Due to some technical issue, only "Nasi Lemak" is available last Wednesday. On a normal day, you will have a headache choosing the food. From fried rice to fried chicken.

In-N-Out Pop Up Store in Malaysia

In-N-Out the famous burger outlet in LA was here in Malaysia. It was only for 1 day.
The special event was host by Stranger at 47.

I have never been to Amurrica but 2pm and got7 keep on eating In-N-Out that makes me curious.
Plus for Malaysia, they are using halal patty.  ( I won't get that even if I fly to America)

It was stated the operation hour is 11am so I went there at 10.30am lol I thought I have the higher chance. People are still at work or school. No, the queue is already long. haha so many people with flexy time, college student and retiree. Even foreigner is in the q ( bet they must missing the food).
Some even rudely "why they are here? they don't even know what is In-N-Out? Urm hello? But I think they just said that because of they already behind the Q.

The management is quite organized as they handed out tag.  By 11.15am, they announced that it was already sold out. The staff also advise that they might have extra burgers but it will be our own risk. I just only 10 pax away with people with a tag so I risk my time and energy.

My only regret is I don't bring my q list lol . Eq stool and usb fan. It was hot and I have to stand all the way for a burger.

 The In-N-Out staff come and chat with us.

Finally, at 2pm I was at the door and they still have burger left. Phew...they put the banner and the local staff are wearing In-N-Out work cloth too.

I ordered Animal style Cheeseburger.

You can see my number is 233 and the receipt address is in CA at the bottom. ( they still insert Kuala Lumpur under the sequence number)

It is delicious! the patty is juicy with a lot of lettuce. They serve it with chips tho, not fries ( if to compare with Jackson Instagram)

Sorry, you can't request to be one of the franchisees as it is family owned.

So I have tasted New York's  Halal Guys and  Shake at Shake Shack in Korea. The only halal Shake Shack is in Turkey. ( well maybe in the future I will go to Turkey) but I never imagined that I will try In-N-Out in my country. I am interested to visit Canada but I think I should go to America too if I go to Canada...well someday maybe.
